Tracy Streckenbach - President, Chief Operating Officer
Tracy Streckenbach, President & Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Global Brands (IGB), is responsible for setting the strategic direction and management of all operational aspects of the company's global activities for both its Commercial and Residential Divisions in the United States and China.
An exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced senior level business executive, Tracy has successfully led client engagements in many industries including construction/stonework, high-tech, insurance, telecommunications, consumer products, finance, and national defense. She excels in hyper-growth market development and urgent turnaround management, and possesses a unique triad of valued abilities: strategic positioning, team management, and critical process implementation for a targeted and repeatable outcome.
Prior to her role at Innovative Global Brands, Tracy held the post of Chief Executive Officer for GerrityStone, where she led a successful two-year business turnaround. Tracy assessed critical improvement areas and implemented crucial changes in all areas of the business including: Goal Setting and Success Measurement, Supplier Rationalization and Price Negotiation, Shop Automation, Product Management, Pricing Strategy, Employee Role Definition and Restructuring, Demand Generation and Account Management Strategy and Implementation, Brand Definition and Rationalization, Marketing and PR Strategy and Implementation, and Transitioning key leadership roles including President.
Before joining GerrityStone, Tracy helped launch the Internet consulting company Zentropy Partners. In her role on the executive committee, she grew the company from 35 people in Boston to over 700 employees in 11 countries. Tracy also performed mission-critical business consulting engagements at Ernst & Young LLP, and Corporate Revitalization work for PCS.
In addition to her management and consulting experience, Tracy worked in advertising for Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos as a Group Director of Account Management, and began her career in sales and product management in New York's fashion industry working for Burlington Industries.
Tracy was recognized as one of the "Top 40 Leaders of 2009" by Banker & Tradesman and is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and supports the Melanoma Foundation of New England. She is the author of several business articles and has been both published and recognized in the Boston Herald, Banker & Tradesman, Boston Business Journal, Boston Common, Boston Home, Design New England, Builder Architect, and Naturally New England.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She enjoys tennis and triathlon competition and resides in Winchester, Massachusetts with her husband Scott and their three children.

John Hanley - Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Innovative Global Brands (IGB), John Hanley is responsible for financial reporting and internal controls, cash management, banking, human resources, risk management, legal matters, and analytical reporting.
John is an experienced "C-level" financial executive possessing a unique blend of growth company experience coupled with two major turnaround successes. He has extensive skills in M&A with over 15 strategic acquisitions (operating companies and product lines) including operations in France and Germany. These transactions have been executed in private and public company settings. Recognized as an operations-oriented financial manager and leader, John is known as a respected mentor of team members and for effectively communicating with Boards of Directors and owners.
Prior to joining IGB, John was the Vice President and CFO of FiberMark North America, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of decorative cover materials and specialty board materials with multiple manufacturing sites and European operations. John helped guide FiberMark from a financially overleveraged condition through a court supervised financial restructuring that resulted in a new and supportable capital structure, and dramatically improved operating results. The business was successfully sold in two parts to a strategic buyer and a private equity firm.
John's senior management experience also includes a two-year role as a turnaround financial manager for a family-owned textile dye and finishing business in Connecticut. Here he uncovered and capitalized on opportunities to increase revenue and cash flow, paving the way for the sale of the business to strategic buyers.
John earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Finance from the UCONN School of Business. He also holds CPA certification in the state of Connecticut.
John and his wife split time between Huntington, NY and Amherst, MA. His recreational interests include fishing, road biking, and most snow sports.

Bill Freeman - General Manager of Fabrication
Bill Freeman, Fabrication General Manager at Innovative Global Brands (IGB), is responsible for directing all business operations for the Residential Division including field sales, project management, field service, manufacturing, and installation. With a shared focus between high-end commercial fabrication and a diverse range of residential projects, Bill thrives on creating a highly productive environment that encourages creativity and superior customer service.
As an industry expert with over 15 years' experience and skill in natural stone, Bill has successfully combined his passion for manufacturing with strategic and tactical planning initiatives, leading to improved operational efficiencies throughout a variety of enterprises.
Before joining IGB, Bill enjoyed well-earned successes in expanding regional and national initiatives at Granitewerks and F Squared. His hands-on motivational management style and his valued expertise in lean implementation are particularly effective in the ever-changing granite industry.
Bill holds an Associates in Architecture from Alfred State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design Architecture from Ball State University. He continued his education at Farmingdale University, where he earned a Lean Six Sigma Certification through the ASQ.
Bill lives in Commack, NY, where he enjoys hiking and camping with his wife, two daughters, and their Golden Retriever Lucy.

Reginald Gregory - Director of Commercial Sales, Furnish & Install
Reginald (Reg) Gregory is the Director of Commercial Sales for the Furnish and Install department at Innovative Global Brands (IGB) and plays a critical role in the managing long-term national accounts as well as the growth and development of furnish and install services sales to general contractors, developers, and owners.
With an impressive 15-year project management background in the construction and building industry, and 20 years experience in the stone business (which included extensive worldwide travel to source quality materials), Reg is able to lend his expertise to a number of projects. His valuable input serves to further assist other company employees, and his liaison skills between the Purchasing, Finance, Operation, and Inventory departments ensure maximum cost control.
Reg and his family live on Long Island's South Shore, where they often enjoy skiing, boating, and many other outdoor recreational activities the North East has to offer.

Brett Rosenfeld - Director of Commercial Sales
Brett Rosenfeld is the Director of Commercial Sales for Innovative Global Brands (IGB) with a specialization in servicing global commercial clients in the retail sector. Traveling the globe as manager of both domestic and international sales of natural and engineered stone and tile for client projects, Brett is also responsible for coordinating product Research & Development and vendor agreements for his clients. He maintains a long-established client base of high-profile customers, and was instrumental in completing the supply and fabrication of flooring, stairs, and storefronts for the first four (4) flagship Gap stores in China.
With a wealth of impressive management experience, Brett played an important role in establishing a Wholly-Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in China to serve IGB’s clients’ needs in the region. Brett holds a seat on the Board of Directors as General Manager for WOFE in China.
Brett's previous management experience includes spa design & renovation projects as the Senior Project Manager at Red Door Spas and with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Bliss/Remede Spa divisions. As Senior Project Manager at Bliss/Remede Spas, Brett was also a driving force in the development of the concept for the company's in-store retail shops, the Spa Townhouse concept for urban downtown St. Regis Hotels, and the management of spa design and construction projects to ensure brand identity in San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Scottsdale, Hoboken, Atlanta, Deer Valley, and New York. Directing the above projects through all stages of planning, Brett's strong knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills enabled him to work closely with consultants and contractors and create new strategies with developers to bring down construction costs.
In addition, Brett managed accounts for many high-profile retail clients as the Vice President, Account Director at Tucci, Segrete, & Rosen, Consultants. His client roster included Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Body Shop, Eaton's, The May Company, and Printemps. He successfully completed 21 Saks Fifth Avenue Stores in the United States and the first in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as well as additional projects throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design at the University of Maryland College Park. Brett, his wife Alisa, and their two sons Ethan and Ross reside in Roslyn, NY. In his free time, he can be found on the sidelines at Ethan’s Lacrosse games or jamming on guitar with Ross playing keyboard to a favorite Beatle’s song.

Brian Davis - Director of Information Technology
As Director of Information Technology at Innovative Global Brands (IGB), Brian Davis is responsible for the operation and leadership of the Information Technology (IT) Department, including meeting the computing, networking, and telecommunications needs of the company. As a hands-on, results-oriented contributor, Brian not only ensures that the IGB technical network is kept running at optimum efficiency, but also works to keep IGB on the leading edge by leveraging new technologies to ensure maximum productivity.
Brian gained much of his 20 years experience in information management and technology during his employment at high profile corporations such as Eaton Corp., MPD Technologies, BIODEX Medical Systems, and Deutsch Relays.

Gerard Woods - Controller
As the Controller at Innovative Global Brands (IGB), Gerard Woods is responsible for providing financial reporting information in an accurate and timely fashion, conducting critical analytics and administering cash management, as well as ensuring adherence to internal controls. As a supervisor of the accounting/finance team, he provides valuable support, direction, and mentoring. Gerard also assists independent auditors with the year-end audit process, workers compensation and general liability insurance audits.
Before arriving at IGB, Gerard was a Controller at Duce Construction Corporation, where he was responsible for the management of the monthly construction billing cycle and developed weekly reporting packages for all construction projects. With a heavy emphasis on job costing and strategizing on specifics of each unique project, Gerard’s skills, experience, and dedication served to ensure cost-cutting measures were properly implemented, keeping overhead in line with revenue while ensuring that anticipated margins remained intact.
Gerard's previous experience includes over 10 years as an Accounting Manager and Controller for prestigious companies such as WCI Communities, HRH Construction, and other reputable construction companies. At these corporations, Gerard oversaw all aspects of accounting, developed important company policies and procedures, supervised accounting staff, and implemented systematic and procedural changes in order to enhance the quality and increase the efficiency of financial reporting and planning.
Gerard received a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from St. John's University in New York City.
Gerard lives with his wife Angela and their two boys, Gavin and Kayleb, in Rocky Point, NY. His recreational interests include fishing, golf, and spending quality time with his family.
